ISCA Company-Wide Foundation Solar Panel Cleaning (SPCT) Training
Standardize safety, methods, and reporting across your technicians with in-person onsite training—built for real-world solar cleaning conditions and defensible training records.

The Common Question: “Can you make the certificate out to my company?”
We hear this frequently—and the answer is: not as a competence certificate.
If a company has 10 technicians, but only one person completes training, ISCA cannot ethically or defensibly certify that the other nine are competent. Competence is individual.
Instead, ISCA provides two separate, professional outputs—one for the business record, and one for each trained person.
What you receive (company vs individual)
1) Company Training Confirmation (Annual)
Your Content Goes Here
Issued to the employer and valid for 12 months, confirming:
-
ISCA delivered onsite foundation training on the stated date and location
-
A named roster of attendees is attached (or recorded by ISCA)
-
The syllabus and learning outcomes delivered
-
A clear statement that non-attendees are not covered by this confirmation
2) Individual Certificates (Competency-Based)
Issued only to named participants who:
-
Meet the attendance requirement
-
Pass the knowledge check
This protects your company, protects your clients, and preserves the credibility of the ISCA credential.
