Company Training

Train your technicians to a consistent, safety-led standard and reduce operational variation across crews. ISCA company training is designed for real-world delivery: observable, assessable, and practical — with outcomes that support internal governance, client confidence, and repeatable field methods.

  • Standardise work methods across multiple technicians and crews

  • Improve consistency in documentation, reporting, and stop-work decision-making

  • Reduce onboarding friction by aligning teams to one credible standard

  • Ideal for commercial, multi-site, and multi-crew operations

How Company Training Works

Step 1 — Choose your training path
Select Company SPCT Foundation for your team baseline. Add PVFS if you want advanced PV fire-risk competence for supervisors or key staff.

Step 2 — Confirm your team profile
We align content to your operation: residential/commercial mix, crew size, access methods, typical equipment, and reporting requirements.

Step 3 — Delivery + assessment
Training is delivered in a practical format designed to be observable and assessable, with clear learning outcomes.  This can be done at our base in Las Vegas or we can have an instructor travel to a suitable venue provided by you.  The venue must have suitable seating and a large TV or projector available.

Step 4 — Implementation support
You’ll leave with a clearer internal standard, plus practical guidance to roll out consistent methods and documentation expectations across your crews.  Each member of your crew will also receive personal certification, valid for 2 years.

What You Achieve

The objective isn’t “training for training’s sake.” It’s operational consistency — so every technician follows the same safe method, makes the same stop-work decisions, and delivers the same standard of reporting and client communication.

Checklist:

  • A standardised safe working method your teams can repeat

  • Reduced operational variation between technicians and crews

  • Clear boundaries, escalation triggers, and reporting expectations

  • Stronger client confidence and smoother onboarding conversations

  • A more defensible internal approach to risk management
