Designed From Arrival to Departure

This experience begins before the first session starts.

From airport pickup to the final evening, every part of the event has been designed to keep attendees focused, present, and inside the same controlled environment.

Private SUV transport removes logistical friction.

The experience begins at 5:00pm.

After private SUV pickup, attendees enter the first session immediately. There is no conventional warm-up and no passive introduction.

The opening exercise is designed to establish the room quickly, create clarity around who is present, and begin the process of honest discussion.

The evening then moves into dinner at 7:00pm, allowing the group to connect in a more relaxed setting before the full work begins the following morning.

Thursday runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The first full day focuses on where each business actually stands.

Sessions include operator breakdowns, market positioning, industry direction, structured discussion, and business reflection.

The purpose is to move beyond assumptions and identify the real commercial position of each attendee.

Dinner is reserved for 7:00pm.

Friday runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The second full day focuses on structure, scale, and decision-making.

Sessions examine what needs to change, where the bottlenecks are, and what practical action should follow.

At a key point during the day, the group leaves the city by helicopter for the Grand Canyon. There, discussion continues in a setting designed to create perspective, clarity, and commitment.

The final dinner takes place at 7:00pm, followed by an optional cigar invitational at 10:00pm.

The Operator Portfolio

Each attendee receives a premium Operator Portfolio for use throughout the experience.

This is not a workbook.

It is a structured decision record, designed to be worked through in sequence as the event unfolds.

After a private helicopter transfer, attendees step away from the normal business environment and into a setting that creates space, perspective, and clarity.

At the base of the canyon, the group will complete the Canyon Commitment.

This is one of the defining moments of the experience.

Investment

Attendance is limited to 9 attendees.

Fully Hosted Investment: $5,000 per attendee (Bespoke staged payments available to accepted applicants)

Flights to Las Vegas are not included.

Because of the limited capacity and curated nature of the room, places are by application only.
