ISCA Company Certification

Company-level recognition for solar panel cleaning contractors who want to demonstrate stronger standards of training, documentation, safety and professional readiness.

More Than Just A Badge

ISCA Company Certification is designed for solar panel cleaning businesses that want to show clients, insurers, asset owners and commercial buyers that they have been reviewed against a higher standard.

Certification is issued only after ISCA has reviewed the contractor’s training records, insurance evidence, safety documentation, operating procedures and overall readiness to carry out solar panel cleaning work in a safer and more professional way.

What ISCA Reviews

Training Requirements

Company Certification is based on named operators. Every person carrying out solar panel cleaning under the company’s certification must be declared and must meet the required training standard.

Certification Level Training Requirement
Solo Operator 1x Foundation SPCT + 1x Advanced PVFS certificate
2-5 Operators Every field tech must hold SPCT. At least 1 responsible person or crew lead must hold PVFS.
6+ Operators Value 3 Every field tech must hold SPCT. At least 2 responsible persons or crew leads must hold PVFS.

How The Process Works

No. Individual training certifies named people. Company Certification reviews the company’s training records, insurance evidence, documents and operating procedures.

Yes. Every named solar cleaning operator working under the company’s certification must hold current SPCT certification.

No. PVFS is required for the responsible person, supervisor, owner or crew lead level. Larger teams require more than one PVFS-trained responsible person.

ISCA will issue a gap report explaining what needs to be improved. One resubmission review is included.

Document creation is not included in the Company Certification fee. However, ISCA can support document creation via our Document Clinic service.

Company Certification is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually.
