Document Retainer Onboarding

Welcome — this onboarding form is required so we can begin work on your solar panel cleaning documents without delay. Once submitted, your retainer “goes live” and you can start requesting updates.

  • Submit this form once (initial setup)

  • Upload your current documents (RAMS/JHA, method statement, checklists, etc.)

  • Turnaround begins once we receive your uploads

  • Standard response target: within 2 business days (urgent requests handled if capacity allows)

What to Upload (So We Can Start Immediately)

To make your first month efficient, please upload what you have — even if it’s incomplete. We will improve structure, clarity, scope boundaries, and consistency as part of the retainer.

  • Current JHA/RAMS or Risk Assessment / JSA

  • Method Statement / Work Plan

  • Pre-start checklist(s) and toolbox talk(s)

  • Scope & exclusions wording (if you have it)

  • Close-out report template / photo reporting example (if available)

  • Any client onboarding requirements or portal checklists you’ve been given
