• Pre-start checklists, toolbox talks, supervisor prompts, and supporting job pack documents

• Consistency and document control: version numbers, effective dates, simple change logs

How it works

1. Subscribe to a plan (2, 5, or 10 hours per month)

2. Complete the one-time onboarding form and upload your current documents

3. Submit requests through the Retainer Portal (attachments supported)

4. We complete your updates and return final PDFs + editable source files

5. Each month you receive a simple time summary (what was done + time used)

Turnaround and time tracking

• Standard response target: within 2 business days

• Urgent requests: next business day if capacity allows (still consumes retainer hours)
